Servo drive for DC motors up to 1KW (3Nm), power supply 65-110Vdc, currents up to 10 / 20A

The Micro DC© servo drive is a very compact, reliable and low-cost control, suitable for driving DC motors up to 1KW (3Nm). Power supply from 24 to 110 Vdc currents up to 10A nominal / 20A peak.

This converter is the ideal solution for all movements and positioning systems when high torque at low revolutions and quick responses are required.

Available functions:

• Standard feedback: Encoder, tachometer dynamo, armature.
• Adjustable acceleration / deceleration ramp
• Analog speed reference +/- 10V
• +/- 10V input for torque control and current command
• Current and speed monitor signal
• Command with PWM + DIR signals
• Command with forward/back PWM signals
• Positive & negative limit switch “engine overrun block”

Micro DC can be powered in single-phase or three-phase alternating voltage, by mean of the AL-TM board. This card is able to supply 1 to 3 servo drives: see the relevant datasheet below.
