Board with 3 integrated analog converters and AC / DC power supply for DC motors up to 1.2KW (3Nm), three-phase or single-phase 44 / 95Vac power supply, currents up to 10 / 20A
Multidrive© is a board containing 3 drives with power supply, suitable for driving DC servomotors with permanent magnets. It is proposed with a PWM + DIR command. The PWM + DIR signals must come from a control board that processes the velocity loop with an incremental encoder feedback. Multidrive is a reliable and low-cost 1.2KW, 3-Axis product for engines up to (3.8Nm). Three-phase power supply 44VAC / 95VAC, currents up to 10A rated / 20A peak.
Available standard functions:
- Speed control: PWM + DIR from 8 to 20KHZ
- Integrated AC / DC power supply
- 3 DC-4-quadrants drives
- Each drive is protected by: Over current, Ptc, IxT and Fuse on DC Bus
- NPN fault drive outputs
- Positive & negative limit switch “motor stroke lock”
- 23 LEDs for diagnostics and alarms
Accessories: 1/3ph transformers from 100 to 6,000VA, EMI filters, DC motors from 0.04 to 2.2Nm with incremental encoder from 500 to 2048PPR
